Two Straight Legs up Exercises

Two Straight Legs up

Lie down on your belly and keep your palms down on the ground on your sides, after you are in position start raising slowly both of your legs up as high as possible, and keep them there for 3-5 second, and slowly put down your legs back to the ground, don’t drop them down! This exercise will strengthen your lower back and eliminate back problems in the future, repeat it 3-5 times.
