This exercises is great not only for growing taller but also it will help you to eliminate back pain in the future and we recommend it even to the tallest man on earth, simply start with your hands stretched high in the air, and slowly band over and try to touch your toes, Id you can’t just go as far as you can, and stay in this u position for 5-7 second and then go slowly up and put your hand height in the air again, repeat it for 3-5 times.
