A lot of people would like to be taller. In some cases, these people may look to certain height increasing exercises that are said to lengthen the bones. In reality, these exercises don’t achieve this goal at all. Luckily, there are still many natural ways to make yourself taller that are safe and effective.

A lot of the height exercises will claim that lengthening the spin and stretching will cause your bones to grow longer. To understand why this is impossible and will not work, it is important to understand how we grow.

As infant, the majority of our skeleton is made of a flexible material called cartilage. Then as we get older, the cartilage begins to fuse together and harden to form the solid bone we are familiar with.
