You can’t even imagine how important a good nutrition is in the growth process, We found in our study that it’s the most crucial element in maintaining a healthy and strong body, and it’s also very important if you want to grow taller, so if you what to succeed in this program you need to stick to our diet!

Don’t worry, it won’t be one of this “Stupid Diets”, but you will most probably have to change your diet habits in the next few months, but again don’t worry, you will be able to eat well and enjoy the food you eat.

Vitamins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Minerals, Proteins, Water

But the good side it that you will feel better after two weeks of using this diet and we recommend you to stick to this diet forever, most of the people who used this program stick to it and thank me every day because it improved their overall health and they just feel great because of it.

You need to understand that the way you eat nowadays is a kind of a habit, and you have to change it, all you need to know is once you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit, and it’s been proven scientifically, so the first 21 days can be hard and after that it will be natural to you, just keep that in mind!

So let’s start, but before I tell you what to eat, I’ll tell you what you must avoid in the next couple of months, some of the foods don’t have direct effect on the growth but they will have a bad effect on other things like tissue repair, tissue flexibility and more, if you see the full picture you will understand that everything have effect on your growth, so be serious about it and follow this diet if you want to grow again.

So here are the foods to avoid:

Excessive Processed, Simple Carbohydrates:

Table Sugar, Cake, Jelly, Jam, Chocolate, Fudge, Candy, Toffee, Gum, Honey, Soft Drinks, White Bread, Refined Flour, All Processed of Packaged Foods.

Excessive Saturated Fats:

Butter, Cream, Milk, Cheese, Lamb, Beef, Veal, Beef Fat, Lard, Poultry Fat, Coconut, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil.

Excessive Caffeine:

Soft Drinks, Coffee, Chocolate, Energy Drinks.

Trans Fats:

Margarine, Fast Food, Cookies, Cakes, Frozen Foods, Baked Goods, and anything with “Partially Hydrogenated” in the ingredients.

Excessive Tobacco & Alcohol:

Liquor, Beer, Wine, Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipes, and other Tobacco products.

You can still use some of them, specially the one that have the word “Excessive” in them, but keep it moderated and very limited, but if you want to use this program you must avoid at all cost something, and if you won’t do it just drop this program now because it won’t work for you, and that is, I talk about only three thing:

Tobacco products like Cigarettes, Cigars and Pipes.

ANYTHING with the word “Partially Hydrogenated”.

Trans Fats like Margarine, Fast Food, Frozen Foods and more…

Those three are all off-limits, don’t dare to use them, it can be hard, even super hard but it will be worth it, trust me!

I won’t go in detail about why all this things are bad for you because If I do that I will need to write an entire book on it, but trust me on this, avoid those three thing at all cost, if you want to know more you can just Google it, but take my word for now and keep reading…

Now let’s learn what are the things that you should eat, and eat a lot of, those things are good for you and you should keep implementing this diet even after you are done with the program.

Foods to eat more of:

Monounsaturated Fats:

Olive Oil, Peanut Oil, Canola Oil, Avocados, Unsalted Nuts.

Polyunsaturated Fats:

Safflower Oil, Corn Oil, Sunflower Oil, Soy Oil, Cottonseed Oil.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids:

Salmon, Mackerel, Herring, Flaxseed, Flax Oil, Soybean Oil, Canola Oil.

Protein:

Chicken/Turkey Breasts, Skim Milk, Yogurt, Soy, Eggs (de-yolked), Protein Powder (read more in the supplements book).

Complex Carbohydrates:

Oatmeal, Whole Grain Breads, Green Vegetables, Pasta, Brown Rice, Potatoes, Pitas, All Bram Shredded Wheat, Sweet Potatoes, Beans.

Apples, Blackberries, Cherries, Cranberries, Grapefruit, Lemons, Melons, Oranges, Peaches, Plums, Pears, Raspberries, Strawberries.

Don’t worry, I will go into much more detail in the book, but you should start getting into it, if you will start using it now It will be easier for you, remember, start building new habits, I’ll say for now that you should shoot for a 30-40-30 ratio of 30% good fats, 40% of lean protein and 30% of good carbohydrates.

That’s it for now, start implementing this diet, and as I said we will go deeper in this book, next I’ll give you basic exercises blueprint to start implementing immediately, and as well, we will go deeper in pages to come, but start with the basics, that will make it easier for you. Trust me!

There are more things that you need to know about nutrition, I will explain it very basically for now but it’s all you need to know about the growth diet for now, Read more about growing taller…
