Straight Leg Up Exercises

Simply start by lying down on your stomach and put your hand on your head or on your neck, now slowly start raising your leg as high as you can and keep it there for 3-7 seconds, when you do it keep your leg as straight as possible, slowly lower your leg down and do the same with your other leg.
