Cobra Stretch Exercises

Cobra Stretch

All you need to do is to lie on the floor with your face facing down and your palms needs to be under your shoulders, then all you need to do is to arch you spine up very slowly while your chin is leading the movement… you need to arch as far as you can, but it’s important you won’t fill pain, all you need to feel is a good search, and stay in this position for 10-20 seconds, and repeat it 3 times.
