How to Sleep to Grow Taller
Astronauts have the ability to gain two or four inches in height once they have been at zero gravity for an extended period of time. It would be nice to be able to simulate such an amazing experience down here on Earth, but that is pretty much impossible.
Are you aware that you have the ability to simulate the conditions in which an astronaut goes through each day?
Yes, that is what I said! It is true and it can also be verified by trying a quick and simple experiment of your own.
Simply begin by measuring your height regularly to see how tall you are, this does not mean you have to be measuring your height each day, but perhaps twice a week at least.
You will want to select a day in which you not only measure yourself prior to going to bed, but directly after you wake up in morning as well. Oftentimes, you will notice that you have gained an inch maybe more within the night during your sleep.
The exact same principles that apply to the astronauts apply here to you. Within your spine there are thirty three vertebrae and in between each of those vertebrae are discs, which are composed of a stretchable cartilage material.
This entire program has been specially designed to be not only effective, but to take advantage of the elasticity in this stretchable cartilage material, which will give you a permanent height gain.
The majority of people who have a regular exercise routine will fail to properly exercise their spinal column. When this happens, over time the spaces in the spinal column become compressed. This will only minimize the elasticity of the stretchable cartilage that much more. This can actually cause an individual to become permanently shorter as well as lead them to have what is known as chronic back pain, headaches, and become fatigued easily. It’s no wonder why so many individuals suffer from chronic back pain.
Many individuals are unaware that they spinal column will compress naturally throughout their day, which is a direct result of how gravity works.
However, there is one time when gravity has almost no control over your spine what so ever, and that is when you are sleeping. This is actually one of the only times that your spine has any real chance of being able to lengthen itself to its natural state, length, and condition. This is also why it is so important for each individual to be able to maintain a healthy weight like we discussed in the previous chapters.
Basically, the less a individual is burdening their spine with, then the less weight that will be dragging their spine down each day. In addition, the less weight you put on your spine to carry, the stronger your ab and leg muscles as well as other support muscles are, then the more they will be able to naturally support your spinal column and help keep your posture optimized to its fullest.
The main idea is simply to increase the thickness as well as the integrity of the stretchable cartilage between your vertebrae in your spinal column, which will help them to be more resilient and much less prone to the downward pull of gravity your spinal column will be. It is no doubt that the stretching exercises definitely help, but a proper sleeping position is almost crucial in making this possible.
I know you have seen all those mattress commercials on television in the past and how they tell you what the proper sleep position is for an individual, Well they do not have a clue! The only thing they are looking to do is sell their mattresses. All we see is the images of a happy couple laying beside one another waking up feeling refreshed and energized ready to face a new day in the early morning hours.
The big question here is, how many of the individuals that actually spent their money on purchasing one of these mattresses are waking up early in the morning and jumping out bed with the feeling of being refreshed and full of energy? I would take a guess and safely say that very few. Do you actually wonder why this is, especially after these individuals have just invested thousands of dollars on a state of art mattress and they are still not getting good nights rest?
The main reason is not the mattress on which the individual is sleeping upon, but instead it is the pillow that the individual is laying their head upon each night. Did you know that most experts suggest that the use of a pillow should be avoided when ever possible? What? You heard me!
The reasoning for this is that pillows seem to cause your neck to bend forward at an unnatural angle, which is unhealthy for you. When your head is being forced forward by the pillow as you sleep it is causing your back to become arched, without the individual actually knowing it is happening.
This can not only lead to chronic back problems, but it can also lead to having posture problems as well since it will decrease your spine ability to decompress naturally at night. An individual’s spine needs the opportunity to fully decompress and become as straight as possible during your sleeping hours, which is why it is so important that you will sleep on your back with your legs straight out as well.
Your arms should either lie at their side or be crossed over your stomach. Your head can be turned slightly either to the left or to the right, which ever is more comfortable to you. The most important thing to remember is to be sure to keep your torso, which includes your neck and legs aligned as well as relaxed throughout the entire night.
At first, this sleeping method will be quite uncomfortable for most people, but if you stick with it, then your body will definitely thank you for it in the long run, and you will get used to it a few weeks.
The best way to grow accustomed to this sleep pattern is to not go to bed at night until you are absolutely tired and feel as if you are ready to fall asleep as soon as you close your eyes, at any position. However, before attempting this new sleep method, if you have had a history of any type of neck or back pain or injury, then I urge you to contact your family physician prior to adjusting your sleep method.
Especially, if the sleeping method you are currently accustomed to has been medically recommended to you by your family physician.

Limb lengthening surgery is a permanent option for people who are extremely serious about wanting to add height to their physique.

If you wear T-shirts make sure they are v-neck shirts, and if you wear a jacket keep it skinny, not many pockets, and make shore it’s not too long, if it will pass your buttocks it will make you look shorter.
