Simply begin by measuring your height regularly to see how tall you are, this does not mean you have to be measuring your height each day, but perhaps twice a week at least.

You will want to select a day in which you not only measure yourself prior to going to bed, but directly after you wake up in morning as well. Oftentimes, you will notice that you have gained an inch maybe more within the night during your sleep.

The exact same principles that apply to the astronauts apply here to you. Within your spine there are thirty three vertebrae and in between each of those vertebrae are discs, which are composed of a stretchable cartilage material.

The main reason is not the mattress on which the individual is sleeping upon, but instead it is the pillow that the individual is laying their head upon each night. Did you know that most experts suggest that the use of a pillow should be avoided when ever possible? What? You heard me!

The reasoning for this is that pillows seem to cause your neck to bend forward at an unnatural angle, which is unhealthy for you. When your head is being forced forward by the pillow as you sleep it is causing your back to become arched, without the individual actually knowing it is happening.

This can not only lead to chronic back problems, but it can also lead to having posture problems as well since it will decrease your spine ability to decompress naturally at night. An individual’s spine needs the opportunity to fully decompress and become as straight as possible during your sleeping hours, which is why it is so important that you will sleep on your back with your legs straight out as well.

Your arms should either lie at their side or be crossed over your stomach. Your head can be turned slightly either to the left or to the right, which ever is more comfortable to you. The most important thing to remember is to be sure to keep your torso, which includes your neck and legs aligned as well as relaxed throughout the entire night.

At first, this sleeping method will be quite uncomfortable for most people, but if you stick with it, then your body will definitely thank you for it in the long run, and you will get used to it a few weeks.

The best way to grow accustomed to this sleep pattern is to not go to bed at night until you are absolutely tired and feel as if you are ready to fall asleep as soon as you close your eyes, at any position. This growth process is where the cartilage begins to turn into bones, the smaller bones will unite with one another to become one large bone, which reduces the number of bones within the body as you age. People have growth plates located within their body normally at the end of their long bones.

The cartilage does not ossify all at the same time, these growth plates will continue to make new tissue while the old tissue turns into bone. As a result, we will continue to grow even more. However, once we finally stops growing, which is usually when we reached adulthood, then these growth plates will final ossify as well, which will leave us at our final height.

However, if something damaging was to happen to our growth plates while we are still young, then our growth could most definitely be stunted. This could actually cause some of the bones to be much more mature than others, while at the same time leaving some bones to be longer than others.

Parents can actually estimate their child’s potential height by simple watching their growth patterns. For instance, a parent can double the height of female child when she reaches the age of three years old (doesn’t always work), which will normally equal their full height as an adult. How To Look Taller

In this post I’ll give you some fashion guidelines, and if you will follow them you will form the illusion that you became taller, it’s an optical illusion but it works, so use it for now, and you can keep using it after you will finish growing taller.

And you should also try to wear a single color from head to toes, again only if possible, it can be hard for man sometimes, but if you wear the same color that will make you body look taller.

If you wear T-shirts make sure they are v-neck shirts, and if you wear a jacket keep it skinny, not many pockets, and make shore it’s not too long, if it will pass your buttocks it will make you look shorter.
