In contrast to the fat soluble vitamins, your body uses water to move these nutrients throughout your system. As a result, you are unable to store any extra intake because it will leave your body through your urine and waste products.
How can I make sure I’m getting enough of these vitamins?
The majority of people have no problems getting the vitamins they need from the foods they eat daily. Foods that we already know are healthy for us to eat contain very high amounts of the essential vitamins we need to stay healthy.

The Down Hill - the Down Hill is similar to the Touch Toes exercise but it’s more advanced, there for gives a better result, just stand up with your hand behind your back held together and slowly bend forward, when you finish the bent tilt your hands slowly without separating them as high as you can, you should stay in this position for 3-5 second, but don’t stay more than 20 seconds it can be bad for you if you do it too much.
Cobra Stretch – It’s very simple and yet very effective exercise that give great results and help fight back pain, simply lay down on your belly and slowly raise up with your hand to the point in which you feel your butt chick begin to get hard, stop at this point and stay there for 10-15 second and then slowly lower your body to the starting position, you can go another step forward and do the super cobra.
Cat Stretch – the Cat Stretch is really simple and will give you a great feeling after your done, just get to a position in which you are standing on your hands and knees with your arms locked out, and start raising your back as if a string where pulling it up as high as you can, and stay there for 5-10 second, don’t forget to breath, a simple but yet great height increasing exercises.
