Excessive Tobacco & Alcohol:

Foods to eat more of:

Monounsaturated Fats:

Polyunsaturated Fats:

Safflower Oil, Corn Oil, Sunflower Oil, Soy Oil, Cottonseed Oil.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids:

Salmon, Mackerel, Herring, Flaxseed, Flax Oil, Soybean Oil, Canola Oil.

Protein:

Complex Carbohydrates:

Oatmeal, Whole Grain Breads, Green Vegetables, Pasta, Brown Rice, Potatoes, Pitas, All Bram Shredded Wheat, Sweet Potatoes, Beans.

Natural Simple Carbohydrates:

Apples, Blackberries, Cherries, Cranberries, Grapefruit, Lemons, Melons, Oranges, Peaches, Plums, Pears, Raspberries, Strawberries.

The Down HillThe Down Hill - the Down Hill is similar to the Touch Toes exercise but it’s more advanced, there for gives a better result, just stand up with your hand behind your back held together and slowly bend forward, when you finish the bent tilt your hands slowly without separating them as high as you can, you should stay in this position for 3-5 second, but don’t stay more than 20 seconds it can be bad for you if you do it too much.

Cobra StretchCobra Stretch – It’s very simple and yet very effective exercise that give great results and help fight back pain, simply lay down on your belly and slowly raise up with your hand to the point in which you feel your butt chick begin to get hard, stop at this point and stay there for 10-15 second and then slowly lower your body to the starting position, you can go another step forward and do the super cobra.

Cat StretchCat Stretch – the Cat Stretch is really simple and will give you a great feeling after your done, just get to a position in which you are standing on your hands and knees with your arms locked out, and start raising your back as if a string where pulling it up as high as you can, and stay there for 5-10 second, don’t forget to breath, a simple but yet great height increasing exercises.
